A parcel's journey: from Autonagar to Adilabad

Every consignment that leaves our Autonagar booking office in Hyderabad carries more than goods. It carries a promise: that what you hand us will reach where it’s meant to go, on time and intact. Here is what that promise looks like on the ground, along one of our longest routes.
It starts at the counter
When you book a parcel, our counter staff record the consignment, weigh it, and issue a lorry receipt (LR) number. That number is the parcel’s identity for the whole journey — the same number you can quote to check its status or ask a question. Fragile items are flagged, and anything bound for a village stop is noted for door delivery.
Onto the route
From Autonagar, the northern line runs Medchal → Adilabad, threading through Tupran, Kamareddy, Bodhan, Nirmal, Bhaisa and Nizamabad. Each town is a stop where parcels are sorted off the vehicle, logged at the branch godown, and staged for the next leg or for last-mile delivery.
The towns along this line aren’t just dots on a map. For decades they’ve been the places our founder set out to connect — rural markets and urban traders, kept in reach of one another by a dependable line of trucks.
The last mile
The hardest, most important part of any delivery is the last mile: the lane that isn’t on the map, the shop that’s only open in the morning, the household expecting a specific box. Our branch teams know their towns, and that local knowledge is why a parcel finds the right door rather than a central pickup point.
The promise, kept
Punctuality and careful handling aren’t slogans for us — they’re the reason a business trusts us with its stock and a family trusts us with a gift. That trust, earned one consignment at a time since 1984, is the real cargo.
