Popular dates — weekends and festival season — fill early, so enquire as soon as you have a date in mind. We'll confirm availability quickly.

How many guests can the venue hold?

It depends on your layout — from an intimate U-shape to a floating reception of a couple of thousand. Pick a setup in the enquiry form to see capacities, and our team will advise on the best fit for your headcount.

Is catering included?

Yes — Swagat Events & Caterers provides in-house catering: vegetarian, non-vegetarian or both. You can compose a menu on our catering page and attach it to your enquiry.

Can we visit the venue before booking?
